Do take note that there are 4 models that is launched, the Note 11, Note 11s, Note 11 Pro and Note 11 Pro 5G, all which carries in the same language design with different upgrade in certain specifications on the table.
Design
The Redmi Note 11s design is built on an all plastic design candybar look starting with its back that really matches the sleek and youth feeling with its smooth plastic touch over including the sides part of the phone. As a smartphone that targets affordable with features, the overall design still looks great to hold at first glance at the same time easy to take care as the whole construction of the phone is based on a non glossy matte material. Overall material wise is rugged enough to withstand any light drops and if it has stains especially over the display, a soft cloth should solve your problem.
The Redmi Note 11s comes with the following :
– The Redmi Note 11s Phone
– USB A to C Cable
– 33w Fast Charger
– Soft Case
– Quick Start Guide/User Manual
As a mid tier entry device, it is basically the best you get when buy the phone with all the inbox contents, however no headphones, or converters is provided and you can always utilize the headphone jack with any of your headphones or just get any Bluetooth TWS.
Over on the sides, on the right hand side, there is a power button which also doubles as a fingerprint scanner and Volume UP/Down buttons while on the left side there is a SIM Card/MicroSD card slot. The bottom portion houses the microphone, USB C slot for data and charging and a bottom firing speaker. Overall the weight and its form factor is suited for most users when using the phone without issues with the rounded edge modern design.
Display & Audio
At the display side of view, the Redmi Note 11s is powered by a 6.43 Inch FHD+ AMOLED screen up to 90Hz which brings vibrant display towards the affordable segment with density up to 409PPI that does not disappoint anyone. It also can peak up to 1000nits of brightness, meaning that you will still able to look at the screen even under bright sunlight. If you love to watch movies and listen music with the phone this will be a good choice for you as it is equipped with a pair of stereo speakers on top and bottom of the device with video streaming up to 1080P. Browsing and social media with it is business as usual with up to 90FPS.
Camera
When it comes to the camera setup, the Redmi Note 11s rear camera consists of one 108MP camera with PDAF, one 8MP ultrawide camera, 2MP macro lens and 2MP Depth Sensor, followed by a single LED flash which is the start of the show is the 108MP rear shooter combined. Pictures taken were clear during day with good amount of light and clarity produced on each picture with good color reproduction. During night shots, it came out with quite amazing results as shadows can be seen and good amount of light can be captured. The selfie images are bright and good during day time as well which is powered by a 16MP in display wide angle shooter.
A few shots were taken over different modes as above and the result are well represented. A sample of 10x zoom, normal and automatic shots taken were balanced and based on the overall camera setup, I am quite satisfied with it. Besides that other modes such as Macro shots mode are also supported over the rear camera.
On video recording you get support up to 1080P at 30FPS, stutters are minimal while recording but it’s with represented with good amount of details during recording but so, you are just limited to 30FPS, meaning 60FPS recording is completely impossible.

When looking at the performance and hardware, the Redmi Note 11s is powered by the mid range MediaTek Helio G96 4G Octa-Core Processor, up to 128GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM with Android 11 enhanced by the new MIUI 13 that improved quite abit from the previous MIUI 12, bringing fluidity on the overall user experience and interface. We do hope that Xiaomi will bring in the Android 12 update towards this device soon when the update is available to the public.

The phone does come with full 4G connectivity support average tested at 185Mbps, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5. Testing over WiFi connection gets up to an average of 433MBPS local transfer speeds, which is good enough for social media upload and streaming.
