From the display point of view, the Galaxy Note20 gets the 6.7 inch display while the Ultra variant gets 6.9 inch display. The Note20 Ultra sports 120hz display with Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity
Note20 & Note20 Ultra : Processor, Memory, Storage
Both model powered by Exynos 990 (at least for the Malaysian Market) with 8GB of RAM as a start while the Note20 Ultra comes at 12GB of RAM. Storage wise both model comes with a minimum of 128GB .
Note20 & Note20 Ultra : Camera
On the selfie side, both comes with 10MP 26mm Dual Pixel PDAF camera. On the rear camera, the Note20 comes with 12MP + 64MP telephoto lens + 12MP camera while the Note20 Ultra comes with 108MP + 12MP periscope telephoto lens + 12MP camera. Both model video recording supports up to 8K at 24FPS
Note20 & Note20 Ultra : Battery and S Pen
On the battery side, the Note20 has 4300mAh battery while the Ultra holds 4500 mAh capacity. Both supports fast charging at 25W with USB PD 3.0 and wireless charging. And yes, both has S Pen since its a Note series device
