Eligible devices and conditions:
Your trade-in old smartphones, tablets and/or smartwatches must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be the legal owner of the trade-in device(s).
- Your trade-in device(s) must not be tied to any existing contract with Telcos.
- For smartphone devices, the mobile must not be network and IMEI blocked, reported as stolen or counterfeit.
- Devices must be unlocked from iCloud and Google account.

 Participating customer will be given the estimated trade-in value of old devices before deciding purchase. Value stated is subject to change based on the selected Samsung model that the customer is purchasing and the type and condition of the old devices that the customer will trade-in during pick-up. Other eligibility criteria is also determined.
 If the trade-in value of device(s) exceeds the cost of the device purchased, the excess amount is not exchangeable for cash.
